Ideal ratio to reduce Letterboxing
We're trying to find a proper ratio so the letterboxing (or black lines on the top and bottom or right and left). However, the ratios we're using now (especially ones that aren't true 4:3 or 16:9) are showing interlacing/pixelated lines and causing the audio to be off. Any ideas or advice...

Unable to view content in full size
It would be nice to be able to view content (PowerPoint docs) in full size when you view your content under Now Playing. The thumbnail is nice but my users are asking for a way to view them in full screen. Is possible to add a simple button that says "View in full screen". This would duplicate...

I've watched "configure, channel players, layouts part 1 and 2" it ends with "click save" but that doesn't publish to the channel player. I know I'm missing something. what comes next to get my design to appear on the channel player ?
