Why did I get an error when trying to upload my PowerPoint presentation?

    The two most common issues with uploading PowerPoint presentations are:

    1. PowerPoint 2003 or 2007 has not been installed on the content manager.

    2. PowerPoint file was created in ppt 2007 and saved as .pptx. AxisTV does not support .pptx files. Try saving the presentation as a .ppt in PowerPoint and then try to upload again.

    this was good info.

    may I ask some times a power point changes (the words get bunched together) after being uploaded is this the same issue maybe ?
