Hi Michael, this is a general overview of the process.
1) You'll need to have your Text Messenger license activated. If so, you'll be able to go to Configure | Text Messenger to tie in your e2campus account.
2) Create a text bulletin. When you get to the scheduling screen, you'll have an additional checkbox called "Text Messenger". If you check this box, then you'll be sending a text bulletin to your AxisTV playlists as well as to the Text Messenger Publisher. The Text Messenger Publisher manages sending the text and its associated schedule to your e2campus account. You'll encounter the text message scheduling screen after you've hit the "Finished" button in the regular scheduling screen.
3) If you want to send a text message when you put the system into Alert mode, you'll need to create a new Text Bulletin (e.g. "Campus closed at noon due to inclement weather") that you send to an Alert mode playlist AND you'll need to check the "Text Messenger" checkbox.
