How do I contact Visix Tech Support if I have a problem?

    How do I contact Visix Tech Support if I have a problem?

    Please be aware that Visix does not offer on-demand tech support. A support request can be initiated one of the following three ways: Via the Web, email, or phone. Customers who have purchased an SMA recieve Priority Support. This means that thier tickets will be answered before non-SMA customers.

    For the quickest response, I recommend the using the Web Form.

     For SMA customers: Go to http://www.visix.com/support/tech/priority.htm or email priorityaxis@visix.com.

     For customers who have not purchased an SMA, please go to http://www.visix.com/support/tech/standard.htm or email support@visix.com

    Requests can also be initiated via phone. Call 800.572.4935 and follow the prompts for Priority or Standard support. By leaving a voicemail, a ticket will be created.
